    This 45th floor aerie on the upper east side, designed by Hariri & Hariri, is a sustainable home.  If I were going to design a green home, I could get some beautiful ideas from this modern home.  I am certain that you would agree that this real estate comes complete  with a spectacular view. Thomas Britt ~ Design Genius

    Another one of my favorite designers, Thomas Britt, has designed a room that I can't get out of my mind. In this home, Britt demolished several rooms to create this fantasy room in Sutton Place, a highrise in New York.  ENJOY!
