The late Charlie See was the appointed Direct Representative and The Official Cameraman of Long Beach Beauty Congress. He had travelled the world from Borneo to Jakarta and Bali, then on to the European continent and even to Burma to witness Miss Burma contest in the 60s!. Among his travel was when he accompanied Gladys Zender, Miss Universe from Peru around the world on behalf of Max Factor, Hollywood.
