AT THE DRIVE- THRU WINDOW
Today, there are drive thru windows at banks, drug stores, restaurants, dry cleaners, and other businesses. The service is fast but not instantaneous.
Be patient at the drive- thru. If you go during a busy time, you will most likely wait. Don’t crowd the car in front of you, don’t blow your horn at them, don’t blink you vehicle lights, or shout. If you must backup, look behind you first.
When ordering over the intercom system, speak clearly. Turn off the radio or CD player. Pull up close to the speaker, and have your money or deposit slip ready.
Check your order before you leave, and never back up. If you need attention, it is best to park and go inside. Don’t litter the area.
Say ‘hello” and “thank you.”
Monday, we will discuss In Taxis and Limousines.
See you soon,
Teresa
